The Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) performs advanced train control and diagnostic functions. The VCU can control any train subsystem, such as braking and doors. It can be used for physical control of train subsystems (e.g., opening/closing/locking doors, activating heating/cooling/ventilation, etc.) and diagnosis (e.g., checking if a door is properly closed, monitoring brake temperature, etc.). Typical applications include: ▶ Diagnostics ▶ PIS/PA System Management ▶ Crew HMI Management ▶ Braking and Traction Monitoring ▶ SIL and Safety Applications ▶ Fleet Management ▶ HVAC Management ▶ Door Management ▶ Lighting Management ▶ CCTV System Management ▶ Water Tank Level Monitoring ▶ Battery Charge Monitoring ▶ Train-to-Ground Communication Management

Key Features: The VCU can connect to subsystems and train communication networks. Available technologies include various bus interface modules (e.g., WTB, MVB, CAN, serial link, and TRDP) as well as input/output interface modules (analog input, high-speed analog input, digital input/output, digital relay output, analog output, Pt-100 temperature sensor input). Remote Input/Output Modules (RIOMs) are also available.

Technical Specifications: Dimensions (W×H×D): 112mm×266mm×190mm Weight: 5kg Input Voltage: 110VDC Operating Temperature Range: –25℃~+70℃ Networking Methods: TRDP/MVB/CAN/WTB/ETB
