Smart Service Robot Solution Based on Allwinner T536 + FPGA + AI
Service Robot Solutions
For service robot scenarios, by leveraging 3D vision perception technology and self-developed ASIC chips, we enable high-precision 3D depth information acquisition. This empowers service robots with capabilities such as perception, obstacle avoidance, and navigation, making them widely applicable in commercial cleaning, food delivery, building delivery, warehousing and logistics, education and entertainment, among other fields.
Xinmai has provided technical and product services to over 100 leading service robot brands, including Gaussian Robotics, Yunji Technology, and Pudu Technology.
3D Vision Empowers, One Cleaning Vehicle Replaces Three Workers
Artificial intelligence is entering an explosive period of deep integration between industry and applications. A group of AI industry chain enterprises, by independently developing key core technologies and increasing investment in application-oriented talent, are enabling the implementation of AI applications in fields such as robotics and smart cockpits.
In Shenzhen Tian'an Cloud Valley Industrial Park, reporters observed a Gaussian cleaning robot, equipped with a 3D vision sensor and a Xinmai robot controller, sweeping fallen leaves from the ground. With its "smart eye" of 3D vision, the robot can automatically identify and clear trash, and autonomously avoid obstacles in complex outdoor environments, significantly improving cleaning efficiency. The park's cleaning operations manager stated, "The park covers tens of thousands of square meters, and the dining areas alone used to require three cleaning staff to work in rotation. Now, just one commercial cleaning vehicle can free up three human resources."

Currently, with the increasing number of AI application scenarios, related products are continuously being implemented in fields such as robotics, smart cockpits, virtual reality, and industrial applications. To address the emerging demands of the smart robot industry, Xinmai has launched various robot vision perception solutions, including binocular structured light, monocular structured light, iToF, and LiDAR, to help robots achieve functions such as mapping, localization, obstacle avoidance, and scene recognition.

The T536 series chip integrates multiple high-performance computing units, such as a quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU, NPU, and dual RISC-V MCUs. It possesses powerful hardware encoding capabilities, supports a large number of commonly used industrial interfaces including 4-channel CAN-FD and LocalBus, and supports ECC (Error-Correcting Code) for full-path data verification and error correction. The chip meets industrial-grade quality standards and can be applied in fields such as robotics, smart industrial, and smart power.
