The XM-6830 is a 3.5″ embedded industrial motherboard developed with a 175×133mm footprint. This motherboard integrates Intel's latest high-performance quad-core/eight-thread processor.

The board features an HDMI display output interface, 4 RJ45 10/100/1000Mbps adaptive Ethernet network interfaces, support for 4 serial ports with optional RS232/RS485 transceiver modes, 3 USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB 2.0 port, 1 M.2 interface for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth functionality, 1 M.2_5G slot, 1 Nano SIM card slot, 1 PCIe_CAN interface, 1 push-button switch, a 65536-level watchdog timer, 54-channel digital input/output (DIO), DDR4 dual-channel slots supporting up to 64GB of memory, and one mSATA slot.

Leveraging Intel's latest Tiger Lake platform, this series of ultra-high-performance CPUs enables the EB-6830 to operate within an ambient temperature range of -20 to 70℃. The onboard CPU enhances system stability and reliability.

An 8-layer PCB stack-up design enhances its capabilities in terms of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). With its compact size, powerful features, and stability, the XM-6830 can be widely applied in various embedded fields such as robotics, AGV forklifts, and low-speed autonomous driving.
