8-channel Vibration/Voltage, Low-Frequency, Low-Noise, High-Gain (24-bit)

Data Acquisition Terminal Board

Featuring a hardware architecture based on the domestic AG16KF256 FPGA and STM32F429, it is primarily designed for low-frequency, low-noise application scenarios. The maximum sampling rate is 1 Ksps, and the minimum sampling rate is 50 sps. Under conditions of maximum sampling rate and maximum gain, the noise is merely 35 nVp-p, making it highly suitable for acquiring low-frequency small signals.

(II) 16-channel Vibration/Voltage/Current + 16-channel Temperature (24-bit) High-Precision Data Acquisition Terminal Board

Utilizing Xilinx's ZYNQ7020 as the main control chip, each acquisition card features 16 channels. Each channel uses a 7-pin LEMO connector, with four pins serving as general-purpose input interfaces. Onboard relay switching allows these to be configured into IEPE vibration, voltage, or current modes. The other three pins are dedicated PT100 input interfaces, allowing connection of 3-wire PT100 sensors for temperature acquisition. The entire acquisition card incorporates surge protection, common-mode filtering, differential-mode filtering, and isolated power input, providing excellent suppression of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) interference.
