I. 8-channel Vibration + 4-channel Temperature (16-bit) Data Acquisition Board Solution

Using the STM32H743 as the main control chip, this 12-channel data acquisition device is designed for industrial environments. The analog signal conditioning circuit of the acquisition unit features a modular design, with configurable and expandable front-end channel modules. The first 8 channels are compatible with IEPE, 4-20mA, and voltage acquisition, while the latter 4 channels support 4-20mA, voltage, and PT100/PT1000 acquisition.

Supports fully domestic versions and OEM customization.

II. 20 (30)-channel (16-bit) Terminal Acquisition Board

Using the STM32H743 as the main control chip, two versions have been designed: a 20-channel version (16 fast channels, 4 slow channels) and a 30-channel version (24 fast channels, 6 slow channels). These are primarily used in applications where high sampling rates are not critical, but compact size and a high number of channels are required.

It adopts a modular board-level architecture. The boards are divided into two types: current boards and vibration boards. The current board is designed for acquiring 4-20mA current signals, while the vibration board is for acquiring standard 2-wire IEPE signals.
