Project Background
The client for this project is a Fortune Global 500 company, known for its innovative technological concepts and advanced technical expertise. It provides global customers with products such as programmable human-machine interfaces (HMIs), industrial panel PCs, graphic logic controllers, and industrial information terminals. It enjoys an excellent reputation in the international industrial control (IPC) sector and is one of the leading brands in the industry.
The client's production workshops are vast, and manufacturing components are scattered. Collaboration between production lines relies on manual labor combined with magnetic stripe guided vehicles. The two-shift work system, coupled with difficult-to-handle materials, presents the company with challenges of high labor costs and low handling efficiency.
Solution
In response to the client's various challenges, a one-stop smart logistics solution was provided. This solution leverages a vast product matrix to achieve a comprehensive factory upgrade over multiple phases.
Solution Highlights:
- Flexible scheduling, routes adjusted on demand Internally equipped with SRC series core controllers, these seamlessly integrate with the factory system via a Unified Resource Dispatching System (RDS) for flexible scheduling.
- Shorter straight-line distances, reduced transport times Laser SLAM-based jacking robots achieve true trackless autonomous navigation. Without altering the warehouse environment, robots can autonomously navigate, intelligently pick, and transport materials.
- Smaller blind spots, ensuring human-robot safety Equipped with dual front and rear lasers, allowing for more confident two-way rack penetration; safety edges provide enhanced protection.
- Robots support fast charging Enabling 24-hour uninterrupted operation and significantly enhancing warehouse safety.
