It supports flexible I/O packages for fanless designs, delivers over 10 Gbps of performance, and is a solution specifically designed for small-form-factor networking and industrial applications. The new 23x23 package supports pin-compatible designs, allowing scalability to the LS1046A (quad-core A72 processor) or LS1088A (ten-core A53 processor). The LS1043A continues the QorIQ series' consistent I/O flexibility, integrating the QUICC Engine® to provide seamless support for HDLC, TDM, or Profibus.
