In the past, Kinco primarily provided AGV customers with single, high-performance low-voltage servo core components. Now, Kinco has developed a specialized controller for AGV robots, the "Azure Dragon No. 1", based on CODESYS. It now offers AGV bus control system solutions centered around Kinco's AGV motion controller FD1X4S series, Green series low-voltage servos, HMIs, and other core components.

The "Azure Dragon No. 1" controller uses an ARM Cortex A9 667MHz processor. It supports 2 CAN bus master ports and 2 Ethernet ports; 4 RS485 ports and 1 RS232 port. It integrates 24 digital input channels and 16 digital output channels. It has a built-in reserved slot for an expandable Wi-Fi communication module. It integrates basic function libraries for AGV differential drive, trajectory planning, and more. In addition to external smart sensors like RFID, speakers, and magnetic navigation, it can also achieve motion control based on PLCopen standard programming.

The "Azure Dragon No. 1" is equipped with Kinco's mature M-IoT (Machine Internet of Things) solution, which can effectively monitor AGV operating status. It also boasts numerous advantages such as scalability, easy configuration, simplified wiring, strong stability, and broad versatility.

In addition to Kinco, companies such as Inovance Technology, Leadshine Technology, and Googol Technology have also developed a series of multi-axis motion controllers based on CODESYS.

Facing increasingly complex industrial intelligent control scenarios, CODESYS, as a controller software development platform with significant advantages in the industry, supports customers in creating autonomous and personalized controllers with its advanced design philosophy and strong robustness.
