A general-purpose real-time signal processing platform based on the 6U VPX bus architecture. This platform utilizes a high-performance Xilinx Virtex series FPGA (XC7VX690T-2FFG1927I) as a pre-processing unit, with 2 external FMC+ expansion interfaces for data acquisition, data playback, and real-time signal processing algorithms. A high-performance embedded processor, the ZYNQ UltraScale series ZU15EG, with an ARM core, is used as the main processor to implement communication, management, and other functions. The platform's pre-processor, XC7VX690T, is equipped with two banks of 64-bit DDR3 SDRAM for ultra-large capacity data caching, with a data cache bandwidth of up to 1600MHz. The PL (Programmable Logic) side of the platform's main processor, ZU15EG, supports two banks of 32-bit DDR4 SDRAM. The PS (Processing System) side is a powerful ARM processor, featuring one 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, one dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 real-time processor, and one ARM Mali™-400MP graphics processor. The PS side is equipped with 72-bit DDR4 SDRAM, supporting ECC. The two processors are interconnected via 16 GTH transceivers. The platform provides multiple SRIO high-speed serial interfaces, LVDS parallel interfaces, and multiple GPIO signals via the VPX connector for convenient data interaction with other boards within the system and control of external peripherals. This board features excellent anti-vibration design, thermal dissipation performance, and unique environmental protection design, making it suitable for aerospace, aviation, marine, and other application scenarios.
