【Nvidia+智能相机】NVIDIA Orin/Nano Edge High Compute Power + High Dynamic Range 4-Lane CSI-2 Camera for Machine Vision, Industrial Inspection, and Other Scenarios
In the era of intelligence, various imaging and vision technologies are playing an increasingly vital role in autonomous driving, industrial automation, robotics, and the Internet of Things. They are also key drivers for recognition and perception systems, and for vision-based artificial intelligence.
As a technology-driven innovation company focused on imaging and vision technologies, specializing in the R&D and application of imaging products and vision solutions, the company recently launched a 120dB high dynamic range 4-lane CSI-2 MIPI camera based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin, suitable for applications such as machine vision and industrial inspection.
High Dynamic Range 4-Lane CSI-2 MIPI Camera
The camera is a high dynamic range MIPI camera independently developed by Xinmai, utilizing a SONY IMX390 RGGB image sensor with a 1/2.7-inch sensor and 3.0 µm pixel size. This camera achieves a dynamic range greater than 120dB, effortlessly capturing stable, high-detail images even in scenes with high-speed motion or strong contrasts between bright and dark illumination. Combined with LED flicker-free technology, the camera can perfectly capture detailed information in both bright and dark areas, while also effectively improving the recognition rate of important signals and signs in numerous scenarios.
The SG2-IMX390C-MIPI camera features a 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 interface design, supports 15/22-pin FPC flexible flat cables, and outputs uncompressed RAW data. This effectively addresses the need for cameras to acquire uncompressed, high-quality, high-resolution images in complex and dynamic scenes.

Currently, this MIPI camera module is also available in models with different fields of view, apertures, and focal lengths for customers to choose from. Additionally, customized services can be provided based on customer requirements. The camera's overall dimensions are only 20x35x25mm, weighing approximately 50g, making its body very compact and extremely easy to install.

MIPI cameras can be widely applied in machine vision, industrial inspection, assisted driving, aerospace, and other fields. They effectively address the need for cameras to acquire uncompressed, high-quality, high signal-to-noise ratio images in complex and dynamic scenes, and enable flexible, efficient, and high-volume data transfer between cameras in various modes.
