RK3588J + Electric Power HarmonyOS + Electric Power Certified AI Edge Computing Solution
Electric Power HarmonyOS is China's first electric power IoT operating system jointly released by China Southern Power Grid (CSG) and the OpenAtom Open Source Foundation.
China's First Electric Power HarmonyOS Deployed
Previously, domestic IoT operating systems exhibited a "fragmented" characteristic, with numerous types of IoT operating systems, meaning inconsistent protocols, specifications, and security. There were also issues such as single-business focus, single-scenario application, and lack of multi-service support. Du Shaohui, Manager of the Hardware R&D Department at CSG Digital Grid Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., stated: "To enable freer connections between devices and achieve the Internet of Everything, a unified system and unified standards are required."
Against this backdrop, China Southern Power Grid and the OpenAtom Open Source Foundation jointly released "DianHong," an open-source operating system targeting edge computing scenarios and IoT terminal embedded scenarios in the electric power industry.
According to reports, "Electric Power HarmonyOS" is a new generation intelligent terminal IoT operating system. It has been customized with a functional enhancement suite for the electric power industry, providing a unified architecture for the intelligence, interconnection, and collaboration of various electric power devices. It is the first time that one system covers electric power devices of different types and memory sizes.
All key full-stack technologies of "Electric Power HarmonyOS" are independently developed and fully open-source. Currently, over 1
