[Nvidia+AI Automotive Camera] Ultra-Small 3-Megapixel Automotive Surround View Camera Solution

As a technology innovation company dedicated to imaging and vision technologies, we recently launched an ultra-small automotive surround view camera module based on ON Semiconductor's 3-megapixel AR0341AT image sensor. This module helps improve driving safety metrics, effectively addresses the demand for excellent HDR performance and image quality in high-speed autonomous driving, and reduces system development costs.
ON Semiconductor Ultra-Small AR0341AT Image Sensor
The AR0341AT is among the first products in ON Semiconductor's new Hyperlux image sensor series. It is equipped with second-generation Super Exposure pixel technology, featuring industry-leading 150 dB High Dynamic Range (HDR) and LED Flicker Mitigation (LFM) capabilities. This pixel technology eliminates the need for automatic exposure control operations, significantly reducing latency in critical automotive systems that rely on scene information, thereby enabling faster and safer data collection and decision-making.
Without compromising performance, this 3-megapixel AR0341AT image sensor, with its 2.1 µm pixel size, becomes the industry's smallest automotive camera thanks to its small optical format and industry-leading low power consumption. Additionally, the AR0341AT image sensor is designed following an ASIL-C design process, and its sophisticated real-time safety mechanisms and fault detection capabilities exceed ASIL-B hardware metrics.
