SMU Source Measurement Unit Platform
A precision source measurement unit (SMU) enables four-quadrant operation, accurately sourcing voltage or current while simultaneously measuring voltage, current, and resistance.
It integrates the functions of a 6½-digit digital multimeter (DMM), a 5½-digit precision voltage source, current source, electronic load, and pulse generator. With its rich functionality, compact size, and standard test interfaces, it is ideally suited for integration into test fixtures.
The source measurement unit platform is primarily used for IVR testing and characterization of semiconductors, sensors, modules, and similar devices.
Custom-designed for production line testing, it delivers an efficient, cost-effective test and measurement solution for automated ICT and FCT on manufacturing lines.
