Ethernet 24-bit Strain/Bridge Data Acquisition Card, Replacement for NI 9237
- 1.Features Overview
- The XM-BRG is an Ethernet-based high-speed strain gauge/pressure bridge signal acquisition card. It features 8-channel (4-channel for the -4 model) true differential inputs, 24-bit resolution, a maximum sampling rate of 102.4 ksps per channel, totaling 819.2 ksps for 8 synchronous channels (409.6 ksps for the -4 model), precision pre-gain amplification, and integrated hardware support for excitation sources required by bridge sensors. This product utilizes multiple high-precision 24-bit ADC units and a pre-differential amplifier module developed by our company over many years. This gives the product advantages such as high speed, high resolution, high accuracy, ultra-low noise, high rejection ratio, wide measurement range, and low temperature drift, making it suitable for various applications requiring precise and high-speed data acquisition.
- LAN communication uses TCP/IP and a proprietary switched communication protocol with a built-in anti-packet loss algorithm, ensuring stable data transmission and acquisition without data loss over long periods.
- The DAQ card is available in various series versions, including USB and Wi-Fi wireless types.
- All components of the XM-BRG DAQ card are industrial grade. It features full metal shielding, allowing it to be used in environments with strong industrial interference, and offers advantages such as moisture-proof, shock-proof, and anti-interference capabilities.
