From April 10 to 12, the 2nd China International Mining Equipment and Technology Exhibition was held in Xi’an under the theme “Green Intelligence Innovation, Joining Hands for a Win-Win Future.” Xinmai Technology showcased its MineHarmony solutions and products, accelerating digital intelligence upgrades and domestication transformation in the mining industry.

At the exhibition, Xinmai presented an all-in-one MineHarmony retrofitting solution for entire mines, three scenario-specific MineHarmony solutions, as well as products including MineHarmony industrial control panels, industrial control boards, and edge gateways. These are fully self-developed across the stack based on the unified MineHarmony and HongZOS architecture, meeting diversified and customized needs of mining enterprises and equipment manufacturers.

All-in-One MineHarmony Integration Accelerates Domestication Transformation

The all-in-one MineHarmony retrofitting solution for entire mines deeply integrates HongZOS industry-enhanced capabilities with MineHarmony's extended features, offering end-to-end services including platform application development, scenario/device application development, software system customization, system adaptation/certification testing, chip selection/hardware design, and operation & maintenance support. To date, multiple mining equipment manufacturers and mining enterprises have completed MineHarmony adaptation, retrofitting, and certification of their existing equipment.

MineHarmony-Compatible Components Empower Digital and Intelligent Upgrades

Xinmai Technology has developed highly compatible, stable hardware products tailored for domestication retrofitting of mining equipment, capable of operating reliably in complex environments. The three showcased products integrate MineHarmony and HongZOS features to enable unified device management and efficient interconnectivity, making them the preferred choice for MineHarmony system adaptation.

The MineHarmony industrial control panel is based on the RK3568 platform, certified by the MineHarmony system, supports configuration application development and rapid application deployment, and enables communication via multiple protocols including Ethernet, RS485, and RS232. The MineHarmony industrial motherboard, also built on RK3568, supports 8GB LPDDR4, a 1TOPS NPU, and 4K video hardware decoding, featuring interfaces for video, high-speed communication, and industrial IoT connectivity. The MineHarmony edge computing gateway, designed on RK3568, includes HDMI 2.0 and is suitable for smart displays and video terminals. It supports Ethernet, RS485, and other communication protocols, enabling domestic and international large-scale equipment to seamlessly adapt to the MineHarmony system.

Breaking Information Silos: Building Intelligent Application Scenarios

Leveraging MineHarmony’s core capabilities and its own deep customization expertise, Xinmai Technology has innovated with scenario-specific solutions for mining enterprises, highlighting three key application scenarios.

The "Tap-to-Connect" solution uses a MineHarmony explosion-proof smartphone as an interface to quickly identify IDs of various mining devices, enabling seamless transitions from no screen to screen, or small screen to large screen. It supports operations such as inspection, spot-checking, and modifying device working parameters. The intelligent inspection solution leverages MineHarmony’s soft bus capability for automatic discovery and self-networking of nearby devices, automatically collecting device data into the inspection terminal database and uploading it to the mine’s data center. The intelligent early warning analysis solution transmits OT data from devices to the IoT platform via the MDTP protocol, supporting integrated management and equipment management applications, significantly enhancing risk monitoring, early warning, and response capabilities.
