Machine vision, an artificial intelligence technology, enables computers to recognize and interpret content within images or videos. In logistics automation, machine vision assists unmanned forklifts in identifying cargo, obstacles, and surroundings, thereby enabling better path planning and collision avoidance.

This is a high-performance industrial box PC based on the H610 chipset, powered by Intel® 12th Gen Alder Lake-S and 13th Gen Raptor Lake-S series processors. Featuring complete I/O functionality and a compact form factor, it is ideal for applications in unmanned forklifts, machine vision, industrial control, and related fields.

High-Speed Isolated DIO

🔹 8-channel isolated DIO: 4-channel DI with 2.5kV opto-isolation, supporting both PNP and NPN mode selection; 4-channel DO with 2.5kV opto-isolated Darlington output, built-in current-limiting resistors, selectable based on different drive current requirements;

🔹 Pulse cycle as fast as 2ms per pulse;

🔹 Directly controls actuators such as signal lights, limit switches, and high-speed solenoid valves; can also control the load transfer mechanism on forklifts, eliminating the need for an additional micro PLC.
