RK3399+FPGA-based Ground Test Bench Multi-parameter Data Logger Solution (Part 1) Hardware Design

#网络#RK3399+FPGA

The ground test bench is a supporting test equipment for a certain model of data logger. Its main tasks include: functional checks of the logger before flight, testing its operational status and stability; after the experiment, reading back and further processing the data stored in the logger, analyzing the data to determine the changes in various missile parameters during flight tests, and thus providing feedback on the missile's operational status. Therefore, the stability and data processing capabilities of ground testing play a crucial role in missile research. This chapter will start with requirements, conduct an overall analysis of the logger's main tasks, and determine the overall design solution.

2.1 Task Requirements Analysis

Figure 2.1 shows the logger's workflow diagram. All processes in the diagram, except for step three, require the involvement of the ground test bench. Based on the logger's operational requirements, the test bench software primarily implements ground self-test, data read-back, and display functions for the product. This software needs to have functions such as data reading and clearing, parameter setting, and device detection. Communication interfaces use both serial port and network port for command transmission/reception and data read-back. The main tasks that the test bench software needs to fulfill include the following:
