3U VPX Solution Based on Domestic RK3588 and Multi-Channel H.265 Video Encoding/Decoding and Transcoding

1. Overview

The 3U VPX audio and video transcoding module is a solution developed by Xinmai Technology based on the RK3588 platform, designed for audio and video encoding, decoding, and transcoding. This module supports SDI video and analog audio input, enabling resolution and frame rate conversion for video, as well as sample rate and bitrate conversion for audio. It can decode or transcode video streams received via network interfaces, and supports SDI, CVBS, and analog audio output.

1. The system supports one channel of 3G/HD-SDI HD signal acquisition, with support for multiple resolutions. It can encode the acquired signals or output them locally for display according to application requirements.

2. Supports transcoding of various types of network audio and video streams, including RTSP/RTMP/ONVIF/SIP/TS; transcoding function provides both pass-through and transcoding modes, with multiple streaming protocols supported after transcoding, such as RTSP/RTMP/ONVIF/SIP/TS.

3. Supports local audio and video signal capture and encoding, with multiple audio and video streaming transmission methods available after streaming.

4. Supports one channel of 3G/HD-SDI HD video output, allowing routing of locally input signals or decoded/transcoded video signals to local output for display, with resolutions including 1080P60, 1080P30, 720P60, etc.

5. Supports one channel of standard-definition CVBS video output, with PAL and NTSC resolution support.

6. Supports one channel of audio input and one channel of audio output, enabling local playback of audio from network streams received by the transcoder.

7. Host adopts embedded DSP-based pure hardware architecture; runs Linux operating system; capable of 7×24 hours continuous operation.

3. Supports information overlay and video cropping during encoding.

4. Supports communication protocols such as RTSP, ONVIF, H.323, SIP.
