RK3588+FPGA High-Speed Image Processing and Communication Processor Solution.
(1) Based on RK3588 + Xilinx Artix-7 FPGA processors; (2) The RK3588 EVB is equipped with the RK3588 chip, manufactured with an 8nm process. It features a quad-core ARM Cortex-A76 + quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 CPU, a built-in 6 TOPS independent NPU, and utilizes the RK806-2 dual PMIC power supply solution. It supports LPDDR4X/eMMC storage and has over 10 peripheral interfaces such as HDMI, MIPI, VGA, and SATA. It boasts high integration, strong performance, and excellent expandability, meeting the product requirements of various AIoT terminal devices across industries. (3) The RK3588 and FPGA are connected via communication interfaces such as uPP, EMIF, I2C, PCIe, and SRIO, with PCIe and SRIO each supporting a maximum transmission speed of 5 GBaud per lane; (4) The FPGA acquisition card supports dual-channel 250 MSPS * 12-bit high-speed, high-precision ADCs, and a single-channel 175 MSPS * 12-bit high-speed, high-precision DAC, meeting various data acquisition requirements; (5) Supports Gigabit Ethernet port for connecting industrial network cameras, and also supports common interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, and McBSP; (6) Supports expansion modules such as CameraLink input/output and VGA output;
