【Domestic Virtual Instruments】Design of Data Acquisition and Analysis Software in a Domestically Developed PXI Test System
Requirements Analysis and Overall Design of the Data Acquisition and Analysis System
The Data Acquisition and Analysis System is the host computer software subsystem of the PXI test system, playing a crucial role within the system. This chapter will first briefly introduce the PXI test system, analyze its overall structure and functions, and explain the relationship between the data analysis system and the PXI test system; then, it will analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the data acquisition and analysis system; finally, it will present the overall architecture, functional structure, and data structure design of the system.
2.1 Introduction to the PXI Test System
The PXI test system is an automatic test equipment for a certain weapon control system. Its function is to perform the acquisition and analysis of six types of interface data from the weapon control system under test: analog quantities, switch quantities, SDC data, 1553B bus data, RS422 serial port data, and network communication data. It provides users with control input interfaces and displays test results through a graphical software interface, thereby achieving automatic testing and monitoring of the system under test. The PXI test system is mainly composed of three parts: signal conditioning equipment, data acquisition equipment, and data analysis equipment. Its hardware composition structure is shown in Figure 2–1.
