A Design Solution for a Power Trusted IoT AI Gateway Based on RK3568+STM32+AD8684
Addressing the domestic application requirements for integrated business scenarios in the power IoT, a trusted multi-functional IoT gateway device has been designed. The solution uses RK3568J as the core main controller, equipped with a trusted security module to build trusted authenticated boot. It features common interfaces such as serial ports, Ethernet, digital inputs/outputs (DI/DO), telemetry, low-power wireless, carrier communication, and 4G/5G, supporting wireless communication link extensions like WiFi, ZigBee, and NB-IoT. This device has rich business interface resources, capable of achieving multi-link transmission channels and security protection, and its highly integrated features enhance market competitiveness.
0 Introduction
In the current construction process of the power IoT, intelligent devices with edge computing capabilities play an important role. They interact with the master station upstream, connect to sensing equipment downstream, dynamically perceive on-site data collection tasks, and achieve protocol forwarding, data analysis, intelligent detection, and operation & maintenance [1-2]. Although the application prospects for data acquisition gateway devices are promising, current pilot projects mainly face issues such as single business interfaces, scarce system computing resources, and high production costs. Furthermore, in power business scenarios like power distribution and consumption, environmental monitoring, and video surveillance, there are risks of illegal intrusion and tampering. The wide variety of IoT gateways used is detrimental to the unified planning of the power IoT system [3-5].
