1 Overview
The XD-100 Security Radar, developed by Shenzhen Xinmai, is a 24G band, 100-meter miniature multi-purpose radar for ranging, speed measurement, and angle monitoring. Its primary design purpose is to monitor personnel moving on the ground for ground status monitoring applications. The XD-100 Security Radar adopts an FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) operating principle, featuring a small size, light weight, high reliability, and no distance blind spots. The XD-100 Security Radar has no internal mechanical moving parts and can simultaneously detect the distance, speed, angle, and target echo power of moving targets, including personnel and vehicles. Operating in the 24G band, the XD-100 Security Radar can penetrate adverse weather conditions like rain and fog, enabling 24/7 all-weather operation. The radar uses low transmit power, posing no impact on personnel safety.
The XD-100 Security Radar is primarily used for perimeter protection, airport security zone protection, prison security, and security in other key areas.

The security radar establishes a defined protection perimeter. If an intruder approaches the perimeter wall and enters the protected area, the radar immediately sends intrusion alerts. The control platform then uses the intruder's distance, direction, and other information provided by the radar to control a high-speed PTZ camera to quickly capture the intruder. It also takes photos of the intruder to record characteristic information, enabling security personnel to quickly locate and identify the intruder.
