RK3588+FPGA high-speed image processing and communication processor solution.

(1) Based on the RK3588 + Xilinx Artix-7 FPGA processor;
(2) The RK3588 EVB features the RK3588 chip, built on an 8nm process technology, with a CPU configuration of quad-core ARM Cortex-A76 + quad-core ARM Cortex-A55, integrated 6 TOPS independent NPU, powered by the RK806-2 dual PMIC power solution, supports LPDDR4X/eMMC storage, and offers over 10 peripheral interfaces including HDMI, MIPI, VGA, and SATA. It features high integration, strong performance, and excellent expandability, meeting the requirements of various industry AIoT terminal devices;
(3) The RK3588 and FPGA are connected via communication interfaces such as uPP, EMIF, I2C, PCIe, and SRIO, where PCIe and SRIO can achieve a maximum transmission rate of up to 5 GBaud per lane;
(4) The FPGA acquisition card supports dual-channel 250MSPS × 12-bit high-speed, high-precision ADC and one 175MSPS × 12-bit high-speed, high-precision DAC, fulfilling diverse data acquisition needs;
(5) Equipped with Gigabit Ethernet port for connection to industrial network cameras, and supports common interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, and McBSP;
(6) Supports expansion modules including CameraLink input/output and VGA output;

Recently, Rockchip released two development platforms based on its flagship RK3588 chip—the RK3588 EVB and RK3588S EVB. The former is suitable for AIoT industry applications such as ARM PCs, NVRs, servers, IPCs, and large-display devices, while the latter targets high-end tablets, AR/VR, and personal mobile internet devices.
